Congressman Stephen F. Lynch

After graduating from High School in 1973, Congressman Lynch attended college at the Wentworth Institute of Technology at night and on weekends. Here, in 1988, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. Afterwards, in 1991, he received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston College Law School, and in 1999, he attended Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government where he achieved a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.
